Having a bike properly set up and one that fits you is critical; and there is the skill of cycling itself; gear selection, climbing, descending, adopting the right pedalling action and frequency; not to mention keeping your machine in optimum mechanical condition. At Scientific Coaching we offer a range of 1-2-1 training sessions which cover all of this and more. Each session is unique and the agenda is set between you and myself to suit you own needs and ambitions. Days can be organised on a 1-2-1 basis or for groups, team and clubs. Normally these take place at my training centre in Norfolk although other venues will be considered (additional costs will apply).
