We recommend that the batteries are replaced in the SRM Powercontrol and Powermeter every two years and that the systems are recalibrated at the same time. We can also provide an SRM fault diagnosis and repair service in the UK together with SRM Power Crank software tutorials and system fitting.Booking can be made online or via the service form below. We recommend using the online booking - click <book> below for each item required. We will then contact you if any further work is required. Your card will not be debited until the work is done unless prior notice is given.

SRM prices quoted include VAT but exclude carriage and packaging. Please allow for £12 for powercontrol only and £15- £20 for powermeter or system repairs respectively. PLEASE ensure SRM power crank equipment is sent for repair in an externally clean state otherwise a cleaning charge of £15.00 + VAT will be made as the systems need to be clean prior to any electronics work taking place; that said do not use solvents or power washers. Please note to send cranks with rings ON and pedals OFF. If paying by PAYPAL please remember to add the carriage to your payment.............thanks

Please enclose a covering note together with a copy of your payment confirmation email and make sure you include the return address. Goods are returned via UPS or Royal Mail Special Delivery and will require a signature.
Turn round time is normally 3-5 working days, please enquire if you require an express service this maybe available but additional costs may apply. Occasionally equipment will need to be returned to SRM-Germany for complex repair situations - the cost of this will be added to your invoice but we will inform you prior to any action being taken. We may also be able to loan you a powercontrol if required.
PCIV's (version 4)
Please note that the old PCIV's are obsolete and with the exception of those from High Performance Ergometers may prove impossible to service. We can change batteries in PCIV's but if that doesn't correct the problem you will still be charged from the work Please be aware of this when purchasing 2nd hand systems and please contact us directly with regard to any servicing requirements for PCIV's.
